
As principal and Healthcare practice leader for HOK’s Texas region, Will brings nearly three decades of design and project management leadership to his role overseeing healthcare projects across the Houston, Dallas and Austin offices. His comprehensive understanding of modern care environments spans the full spectrum of delivery—from acute care and specialty treatment centers to behavioral health facilities and ambulatory care settings.
A registered architect in Texas and Kansas, Will’s portfolio encompasses complex healthcare projects ranging from ground-up hospitals to strategic renovations and expansions. His balanced approach to project management, combined with deep technical knowledge and a natural ability to understand client challenges, has established him as a trusted advisor to several major healthcare systems.
Will’s leadership extends beyond his project work through active involvement in key industry organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), having served as AIA Kansas president, and maintains memberships in the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
