David Richards FAIA, LEED AP, PMP

David helps lead project delivery and studio operations for HOK. Based in Detroit, he is a senior principal who brings nearly 50 years of experience managing complex, large-scale architectural projects. He began his career at ROSSETTI as a young draftsman and grew into his role as the firm’s chief operating officer and chairman.
David has a track record of finding ways to make projects and processes work better. His project portfolio includes landmark buildings such as the Palace of Auburn Hills, the USTA National Tennis Center; including the Arthur Ashe Stadium and Louis Armstrong Stadium and the 1,000,000-sq.-ft.
