Rebekah Gandy is the regional leader of HOK’s Science + Technology practice based in Houston, guiding client development, business strategy and project delivery across Texas and the South-Central United States. With more than 20 years of experience in the higher education, science and technology sectors, she helps organizations create environments that support innovation, growth and long-term success.
A collaborative, people-focused leader, Rebekah builds strong partnerships, empowers teams and fosters professional development. She is a frequent speaker on inclusivity and equity in design, laboratory planning and project management. Her leadership has been recognized by Bisnow Houston and Lab Manager magazine.
