Mike McGlynn CPA, LEED AP, CFE

Mike helps lead financial strategy and business operations for HOK. Based in Detroit, he is a senior principal who brings more than two decades of experience managing finances, operations and corporate services for architecture and design firms—a background that gives him a strong understanding of how project-driven businesses grow.

Mike works across HOK’s financial and operational functions, from budgeting and profitability analysis to cash management, tax compliance and internal controls. He provides financial reporting and analysis to project teams and firm leadership.

Before joining HOK, Mike served as chief financial officer of ROSSETTI, where he directed the firm’s financial management and oversaw human resources, information technology and administrative support teams. He began his career at Plante & Moran, where he gained audit, tax and consulting experience.

A senior principal, Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
