David Coleman AIA, LEED AP

David is an architect with a deep understanding of college and university facility design, particularly science, research and healthcare education buildings. As regional leader of Science + Technology, he is responsible for leading HOK projects throughout the Midwestern U.S. and guiding new pursuits.

David brings over 25 years of experience designing a variety of science and research spaces, including STEM and biomedical facilities, medical and nursing schools, and master plans for academic and scientific campuses.

He is a frequent speaker on trends impacting the design of higher education facilities at conferences including SCUP and Tradeline. David has contributed articles to industry publications on topics such as leveraging technology in design to educate next-generation healthcare professionals.
