Tim is a practice leader in HOK’s Aviation + Transportation group based in Seattle. He builds high-performing teams to deliver design solutions that support long-term strategic and operational goals for airport, airline and transportation clients.

Tim brings more than 30 years of experience in architecture, design, construction and practice leadership. His portfolio includes airport terminals, airline facilities and rental car centers. He is recognized for leading complex projects from planning through delivery, aligning diverse stakeholder interests and helping organizations navigate business challenges.

During a previous tenure with HOK, he helped expand the Seattle studio’s regional presence while strengthening relationships with key aviation clients, including the Port of Seattle, Salt Lake City Airport, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Air Lines. His experience in project delivery, business strategy and operational leadership enables him to help clients achieve success.

A certified Passive House designer, Tim previously served as board president of the Passive House Northwest, supporting efficient, durable, healthy and resilient construction projects.
