Heather is a business development leader and principal in HOK’s St. Louis studio. She has dedicated her career to the architecture, engineering and construction industry, cultivating trusted relationships with healthcare clients and industry leaders. A strategic thinker and advisor, she partners with clients to understand their objectives, challenges and priorities and connect them with the right expertise to accomplish their goals

Internally, Heather works with HOK design and marketing teams to identify opportunities, shape pursuit strategies and foster strong client and partner relationships. Her relationship-based approach emphasizes focused listening, authenticity and true collaboration. Active in the healthcare and commercial real estate communities, she cofounded the Women in Healthcare Heartland Chapter and is an active member of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals’ St. Louis Chapter and CREW.
