HOK has named Rodrigo Letonja director of Interiors in Washington, D.C.; Alyssa Wolney director of Interiors in Boston; Heather Nauss business development leader in St. Louis; and Susan Aksun marketing principal in London.

The appointments strengthen HOK’s Interiors, business development and marketing leadership across key U.S. regions, Europe and the Middle East.

Rodrigo Letonja, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is the director of Interiors for HOK’s Washington, D.C., studio, providing strategic vision and leadership for interiors projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. His expertise spans workplaces, repositioning and adaptive reuse projects, with a focus on creating high-performing environments that balance functionality and design excellence.

Active in the design and real estate communities, Letonja is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, CoreNet and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Alyssa Wolney, CID, LEED AP, is the director of Interiors for HOK’s Boston studio. She provides strategic planning, design direction and project leadership for interiors work across New England.

With more than 25 years of experience, Wolney guides teams in creating environments that support client goals and enhance the user experience. Her portfolio includes workplace, mixed-use, higher education, science and technology, lifestyle and civic projects.

Heather Nauss is the business development leader in HOK’s St. Louis studio. As part of the Midwest Region leadership team, she identifies and develops opportunities for strategic growth and builds trusted client and partner relationships focused on the Healthcare and Science + Technology markets.

Nauss cofounded the Women in Healthcare Heartland Chapter (WIH) and is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Susan Aksun is the marketing principal for HOK’s London studio. She leads business development activities and works closely with market leaders to strengthen client relationships and support growth across Europe and the Middle East.

Aksun brings more than two decades of experience in architecture, design and real estate. During a previous tenure with HOK, she worked in the firm’s New York and London studios, where she led pursuits and developed strategies to win work.

“Rodrigo, Alyssa, Heather and Susan bring significant experience and a strong commitment to understanding what our clients need,” said Susan Williams, AIA, LEED AP, co-CEO of HOK. “Their leadership will strengthen our teams and help us create high-performing design solutions that support people and the built environment.”
