David brings more than 30 years of experience designing complex aviation projects—from small passenger-experience renovations to new passenger terminals—across the world. As a leader for HOK’s Aviation + Transportation practice based in Dallas, he oversees regional aviation projects, assists with national and international projects, and is responsible for expanding the practice in Texas and the South Central U.S.

David is a frequent author and speaker who contributes to industry organizations including the Airports Council International and industry publications on topics including maximizing operational efficiencies, passenger experience trends and program management strategies.
