Greg Sweeney leads technical design for HOK’s Detroit studio. His deep understanding of architecture, codes and construction—combined with expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)—supports project teams and ensures the client’s vision is constructable, safe and built to endure.

Greg also plays a key role in the studio’s professional development efforts, leading talent recruitment, mentoring and training initiatives. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects’ Contract Documents Committee.
