Allison Chang-Roberts AIA, NCARB, NCIDQ

Healthcare Practice Leader

Allison is a healthcare practice leader in HOK’s Denver studio. As a licensed architect and interior designer, she brings more than a decade of experience planning, designing and delivering healthcare environments. Her background in both design practice and client-side hospital planning helps her connect clinical and operational priorities with effective, functional design solutions.

Allison listens closely to clients and translates their complex needs into thoughtful environments that support patient care and staff performance. She has led multidisciplinary teams from early planning to delivery on projects including operating rooms, emergency departments, psychiatric clinics, primary care facilities and laboratories. She is passionate about mentoring emerging designers and building collaborative teams grounded in innovation, mutual respect and design excellence.
