As HOK’s regional leader for Science + Technology in New York, David brings a unique perspective to the design of research facilities. He has a strong understanding of science and how to optimize space to foster transformational research and development.

David has expertise in every phase of the S+T project delivery process, from concept development through regulatory approvals and occupancy. His experience includes the delivery of projects for leading regional institutions including The State University of New York, New Jersey Public Health, Mount Sinai Health Systems, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania.
