Sarah Holton brings a clinician’s perspective to healthcare strategy and design. As a senior healthcare consultant in HOK’s Tampa studio, she draws on two decades of experience as a registered nurse and operations strategist to help healthcare organizations create environments that enhance both patient care and staff performance.

Sarah has led strategic clinical and operational assessments for major healthcare projects across the U.S., Europe and Asia, using her expertise in lean methodologies to reimagine workflows, optimize care delivery and plan for long-term resilience.
