Matt is a director of HOK’s Engineering practice, which plays a key role on the firm’s most complex and important projects. Under Matt’s leadership, HOK’s Engineering team has won multiple awards from Fast Company, Time Magazine, ENR, AIA, NCSEA, AISC, and others for design excellence, creativity, and sustainable performance.

Matt has led the delivery of billions of dollars of construction around the world and across multiple HOK market sectors.  He is known for his innovative solutions and focus on great design, technical excellence, interdisciplinary coordination, and successful delivery from concept through construction.

Based in Atlanta, Matt is a licensed PE and/or SE in most U.S. states and territories. He serves on HOK’s Board of Directors, Design Board, and Marketing Board, and oversees the firm’s research program.
