Practice Leader, Architecture
“I’m energized by the opportunity to help shape how we work, how we grow and how we continue to contribute to our city, our region and the communities around our buildings.”

Alan is the practice leader for HOK’s architecture studio in Atlanta, where he helps guide the studio’s growth, project execution and evolving culture of collaborative leadership. With two decades of experience as a technical project architect, Alan brings a grounded, process-focused perspective to leadership. He’s known for his ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams through every phase of design and construction, with particular strength in organizing complex projects, maintaining design excellence and delivering sustainable, technically sound solutions.

His focus has grown from project-level delivery to practice-wide stewardship—supporting teams, clients and collaborators across Atlanta’s architecture group. Alan is committed to fostering a culture that’s collaborative, connected and deeply engaged in the future of Atlanta and the surrounding region.
