Paul is a senior principal and a director of HOK’s global Healthcare practice. His expertise in the planning and design of healthcare facilities includes academic medical centers, ambulatory care facilities, child/maternity health clinics and mental health projects. He has served as principal-in-charge on several projects that have influenced how healthcare services are provided in North America.

Paul is a founding member of the American College of Healthcare Architects. Healthcare Design magazine named him the top architect in its annual HCD 10, which honors individuals and organizations making a significant mark on healthcare design. He also is a member of the magazine’s editorial advisory board. Paul earned a Distinguished Alumni Award from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning.
