Aman Krishan AIA, LEED GA, NCARB

Principal-Design

Aman Krishan is a principal-design in HOK’s New York studio. She has more than two decades of architectural experience with built projects throughout the U.S. as well as Australia, China, India and Malaysia.  

Aman is passionate about creating meaningful design solutions that transform the built environment, improve people’s experiences and deliver successful outcomes for clients. She has designed and led large-scale civic, institutional commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments from concept to delivery. Her signature projects include LaGuardia Airport’s new Terminal B, the 10th and O Street State Office Building for the California Legislature, and the design for the new Brooklyn and Manhattan Borough-Based Jails 

Beyond HOK, Aman is a member of the New York chapters for the American Institute of Architects and Urban Land Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council and the Council of Architecture, India. Her architectural involvement goes beyond practice to enrich her work, encompassing industry engagement, academics, publishing, and speaking roles including at the AIA New York Center for Architecture and New York Build Expo.
