Duncan Broyd RIBA, LEED AP BD+C

“We have tremendous diversity in terms of people, cultures and skills. Former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau had a vision that Canada should be a mosaic, not a melting pot. That resonates for HOK in Canada. It is incredibly energizing.”

Duncan is an architect and principal-in-charge of projects for HOK in Canada. He encourages a holistic approach to design and helps clients navigate complex projects by identifying and supporting key drivers and real goals.

Over his four-decade-long career, Duncan has worked in and led studios in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. His specialties include project management, practice leadership and conceptual planning and delivery. He is experienced in the multitude of construction delivery systems, including private-public partnerships and integrated project delivery.
