Admission to the College of Fellows is the highest honor given by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and recognizes those whose design work has significantly influenced the profession.
IIDA announced the induction of Bill Bouchey, FIIDA, ASID, director of design, interiors, and five other members into the association’s prestigious College of Fellows.
Induction into the group honors an individual’s achievements, contributions and leadership in both the interior design community and IIDA.
Bouchey recently relocated to HOK’s Los Angeles studio from New York and has taken on a bicoastal role to lead client and team relationships in both cities. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a thought leader in workplace, showroom and retail environments, with an emphasis on innovation and brand presence. His design sense is driven by the belief that interior design empowers people and transforms organizations.
Bouchey’s work has won numerous honors and earned extensive design media coverage. He serves on Contract magazine’s editorial advisory board and is a frequent contributor and guest speaker on design. His recent interiors projects in New York include offices for Shiseido (above), Viacom, WPP, Accenture and Apollo Global Management.
