Welcome to the HOK 2024 Design Annual. Below you will find a collection of buildings and spaces representing our most exciting design work of the past 12-18 months.

We invite you to view the project stories individually or across the three broad categories of Life + Leisure, Adapt + Retrofit and Innovate + Heal. As we have done in past Annuals, we used the AIA Framework for Design Excellence to examine each project. This goes beyond aesthetics and assesses our work through 10 performance measures. With so many needs in the world, and so many things designers can do to help, it's critical that we focus on these measures and overall sustainability in all we do.
