HOK’s space management team has developed a preconfigured Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) using MRI’s ManhattanONE real estate management software.

Our teams use ManhattanONE’s Space & Occupancy module to help clients manage real estate portfolios of approximately 500,000 to 2 million square feet. We help them get up and running in a fraction of the time required to implement a traditional space management system.

We were able to install and make this platform fully operational for HOK’s own 24-office global portfolio in less than 30 days.

A centralized team of HOK data managers and CAD technicians support the system. Each office has a dedicated administrator who uses a web-based “Space Walker” tool to manage day-to-day occupancy changes. All HOK’s employee can access the drawing viewer to see floor plans and, in locations where desk sharing is in place, use it to book a desk.

In addition to the IWMS, our space management team maintains Power Business Intelligence Dashboards that give HOK’s leaders clear views of portfolio metrics to manage ongoing changes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
