Kraft Foods Real Estate Data Management

North American locations

HOK’s space management team helped Kraft Foods select and implement a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for optimizing its real estate portfolio in North America.

Our team facilitated a needs assessment workshop, created a formal request for proposal (RFP) and participated in the interview process alongside the client.

After Kraft selected Manhattan Software’s CenterStone solution, we helped apply it across the company’s 4-million-sq.-ft portfolio in the U.S. and Canada. The IWMS makes timely, accurate real estate data easily accessible to Kraft’s leaders.

When Kraft split its organization into two companies—Kraft Foods for its North American grocery business and Mondelēz International for its global snacking business—HOK managed the transition of its space and occupancy data into two separate IWMS solutions for data collection and reporting for both organizations.

HOK’s team continues to provide ongoing system administration, training, data and drawing support.
