Air Lease Headquarters Office

HOK designed an expansion of Air Lease’s headquarters at 2000 Avenue of the Stars in West Los Angeles. The space reflects the sleek and elegant modernity of the jet aircraft the company leases to customers throughout the world.

The workplace features glass-enclosed offices on the interior and along the exterior as well as open workstations and collaboration space. Additional new spaces include conference rooms, a reception area, two coffee bars, a flight simulation room and a flexible multipurpose room.

A new custom staircase leads to Air Lease’s existing office on the floor above. The stair landing includes a glass feature wall.

The all-new furniture includes custom-designed office and workstation casework with sit-stand desks.

The team followed LEED and WELL principles to design the space for sustainability, health and well-being. Air Lease’s people have access to abundant daylight and scenic views of West LA.
