HOK’s design converted the three bottom floors of a 1980s office building into a hospitality-infused meeting, event and work space. The neighborhoods of downtown Los Angeles inspired the contemporary, industrial chic environment. A clean, crisp palette ties the space together.
333 South Grand includes 20,000 square feet of dedicated, on-demand meeting and event space—from private boardrooms to large conference rooms—that can accommodate up to 500 people. The street level houses a full-service kitchen and a café.
