Pritzker Group Headquarters

HOK designed an expansion and renovation to the Los Angeles headquarters of the Pritzker Group, an equity investment, private capital and venture capital firm.

The design reflects the bright, modern and casual atmosphere of Southern California. Timeless professional elegance serves as a backdrop to Managing Partner Anthony Pritzker’s contemporary, museum-quality art collection. These vibrant works of art inject color and whimsy throughout the space. Pure white gloss paint and solid surfaces offset the firm’s orange corporate color.

Office operations are divided into zones. Private equity and asset management teams occupy the conservative western zone, with Mr. Pritzker’s office in the northwest corner. Located in the more casual eastern zone is the venture capital group.

In the southeast corner, a large break area and lunchroom serve as a central gathering spot. Bright orange finishes and casual bleacher seating with a communal table provide all employees with a lively social space around the kitchen.

To support the Pritzker Group’s commitment to the health and well-being of its people, the office features customized workstation casework and modular office furniture including sit-stand desks. Flexible furniture gives people options for where they want to work.
