Riccardo Mascia, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is responsible for the strategic direction, operations and overall performance of HOK’s Chicago practice and is a member of the firm’s executive committee.
Riccardo leads a collaborative practice that plans, designs and delivers the highest quality projects for clients. As an architect, he promotes a holistic design approach ensuring that interdisciplinary design thinking and innovation are part of every project.
Since joining HOK in 1995, Riccardo has held positions of increasing responsibility, leading to his appointment to the firm’s board of directors in 2001 and to its executive committee in 2010. His design and leadership positions in Mexico City, Madrid, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Chicago have enabled him to amass a wide range of experiences in the world’s most dynamic markets.
