Ningbo Hangzhou Bay Ocean Spring Resort Town Master Plan

This hot springs-themed resort town is envisioned to include residential, recreation, entertainment, healthcare and lifestyle spaces.

People would come to this new town, located adjacent to the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, to experience an urban holiday in a development conceived to harmonize with its natural environment.

HOK’s plan includes significant amounts of green space and creates four major districts: a hot springs spa, a fashion and sports destination, an oxygen park, and a waterfront entertainment and retail center. A rail station connects the development to nearby Ningbo.
