FTI Consulting’s new Denver workplace emphasizes comfort, flexibility and choice in support of the company’s global design guidelines and the needs of its Colorado team.

Located in a new office building in the heart of downtown, the hospitality-inspired workplace features a modern interpretation of the rustic Denver aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views onto the city. Contoured ceiling panels resemble the peaks visible in the distance. Upholstered furniture, wood finishes and accent lighting lend the space a lodge-like warmth.

As a truly agile workplace, the design allows staff to choose where and how to work. Flexible workstations, huddle spaces and breakout areas encourage collaboration and creativity while focus areas provide staff quiet spaces for concentrated work. Open workstations along the perimeter of the floor plate allow light to permeate deep within the workplace and into the private offices located in the building’s core.

A unique lighting scheme designed by HOK’s lighting design group supplements the natural lighting. HOK-designed environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding reinforce FTI’s brand and culture.
