Based in Toronto, Bill is the marketing principal for HOK’s Canadian practice. He leads business development activities for the firm’s Calgary, Ottawa and Toronto studios.

A registered architect with deep experience in on-site space management, Bill is an expert in corporate real estate strategic planning, occupancy planning, architectural and interior design, data management and workplace strategy. He has led national and global teams to help clients achieve their real estate objectives, driving down expenses while aligning space with business strategies.

Active in the design community, Bill has shared his insights on corporate real estate and space management at events for CoreNet, IIDEX Neocon, IFMA, the Real Property Institute of Canada and the Smart City Summit.
