Located on the penthouse floor of a downtown high-rise, this new Client Experience Centre offers spectacular 360-degree views of Toronto and beyond. As the elevator doors open onto the 40th floor, guests and employees are met with a welcoming, hotel-like reception area.
The design team understood that to support all the different events that would take place here, the Centre needed to be extremely flexible. After analyzing data from previous EY events, similar spaces in Toronto and upcoming client campaigns, the team created a floating floor plan of dynamic spaces that can easily morph back and forth between work and hospitality uses. The Centre includes an innovation center, high-tech boardrooms, collaborative meeting areas and a vibrant events space.
Infused with ample natural light during the day and mood lighting at night, the Centre accommodates all types of employee interactions and client events. Twelve-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows, complemented by clerestories and skylights, invite daylight in and highlight the wood, leather, cool limestone and soft furnishings.
The Centre has decreased EY’s conference costs while enhancing its stature among clients, employees and competitors.
