This 12-story hotel along the Fort Myers riverfront is a vibrant, walkable urban destination that connects downtown to the new Harborside Event Center.

HOK’s design captures the pioneering spirit of the 20th-century adventurers who called Fort Myers home. A warm brick facade with glass and metal detailing acknowledges the city’s architectural history within a contemporary framework.

As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the 243-key hotel includes a signature restaurant, meeting spaces, a culinary theater, indoor and outdoor fitness facilities, a spacious pool area and a rooftop venue with picturesque views of the Caloosahatchee River.

Sidewalk overhangs offer pedestrians respite in this subtropical climate, where rain and extreme sun can be daily occurrences.

Activity from the hotel lobby and dining can spill out onto a shaded public promenade along the River Basin plaza east of the site.
