Noon leads the structural engineering team in HOK’s Houston studio. His ability to turn architects’ visions into reality has led to the completion of award-winning projects around the world and across building typologies.

A member of  HOK’s Technical Board, Noon leverages his technical and analytical skills to improve collaboration between designers and engineers and solve complex building and design challenges. His strength in providing creative, yet economical solutions, has made him a favored engineer for return clients, building owners and developers who will often engage his services to work on projects led by competitor architectural firms.
