Neil is a seasoned architectural practice leader in HOK’s Miami studio with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, higher education, sports, recreation and municipal design. Skilled in developing strong and collaborative internal and external relationships, he has spearheaded numerous award-winning, sustainable projects valued between $2 million and $200 million.

Neil’s expertise leverages his skills in team leadership, project management and design proficiency to promote team success.

An active member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED AP BD+C certified professional, he is committed to advancing sustainable design practices that support HOK’s mission to improve people’s lives through design.
