HOK’s Apoorv Goyal and Anica Landreneau will participate in a panel discussion on building decarbonization during the NYC Climate Week.
Apoorv will serve as moderator and Anica will be a panelist during the discussion, which will explore decarbonization as a real estate and organizational challenge that divides responsibility, cost and control decisions among owners, tenants, designers, investors and institutions. Panelists will also examine how regulations, investor expectations and tenant demands are changing the financial and operational case for building decarbonization.
