The Thornhill development includes market condominiums in a master planned community nestled on a beautiful 3.5-acre site in an upscale neighborhood.

Phase One includes a pair of 15- and 25-story towers linked by a six-story podium. There are a total of 531 residential suites and 10,000 square feet of interior amenities. These amenities include a full-court gymnasium, fitness zone, family game area and bookable event area. A palette of bright colors set within a framework of wood, whites, and metal tones energizes the spaces.

Phase Two includes a pair of six- and 12-story towers with a shared podium. More ‘boutique’ in nature, these mid-rise towers include 232 residential suites and 5,000 square feet of interior amenities. The terraced site helps the buildings blend into the adjacent neighborhood. Though the interiors in these towers have a more sophisticated, art-focused feeling, the color palette relates to the first-phase towers.
