Monthly reporting gave Capital One more transparent occupancy data. Seat sharing for many groups rose to 1.7:1, with an average of 1.4:1. At a site level, vacancies below 12.5 percent triggered feasibility studies for expansion options.

HOK’s space management team supported Capital One through a period of rapid growth. The company’s headcount grew by nearly 70 percent over three years. This included the acquisition of two new business card units.
