Tara Roscoe LEED AP

Director of Design, Interiors

Tara is a principal and director of design, interiors, in HOK’s New York studio, where she brings more than 20 years of experience delivering high-impact interior environments across corporate, hospitality, residential, retail, aviation, transportation and large-scale repositioning projects. She has led the design of more than 6 million square feet of space over her career and is widely recognized for delivering complex and best-in-class projects for her clients. Tara’s ability to think strategically and creatively about interior design, architecture and real estate has produced a portfolio with award-winning projects.

Beyond her project leadership, Tara plays a vital role in advancing design excellence at HOK. She serves on the firm’s Design Board, co-leads the HOK Interiors Design Council, and is a key contributor to firmwide initiatives that strengthen design culture and innovation. Deeply committed to mentorship, she actively supports the development of emerging design talent across the firm.

Tara has held teaching appointments at Pratt Institute and other academic institutions, reinforcing her long-standing commitment to design education and the next generation of design talent. She frequently speaks on design practice models at CoreNet and Buildtech conferences, and she is also a member of CoreNet Global’s New York City Chapter and previously served on the board of directors for the IIDA’s New York Chapter.
