Susan Williams AIA, LEED AP

Managing Principal
"We put ourselves in our clients’ place to understand exactly what they need for a successful outcome and then work to deliver the best design solutions. Touring a completed project with an owner who is thrilled with the space makes all the years of hard work and commitment worthwhile.”

Susan is the managing principal of HOK’s Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Tampa studios. She also is the chair of HOK’s management board, a member of the operations committee and part of the executive committee providing overall leadership for the firm.

Since joining HOK in 1985, Susan has led a variety of complex projects across the U.S. and overseas. She is committed to delivering sustainable projects in both the private and public sectors and is passionate about the need to preserve resources. Her leadership approach begins with creating a foundation that gives all team members opportunities to develop their skills to their greatest potential.
