Melissa Leong AIA, NCARB, NOMA, LEED AP

Melissa leads HOK’s Science + Technology practice in Los Angeles. As a principal and registered architect with more than two decades of experience, she builds and guides integrated teams to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget. Her clients include major universities, large technology-driven corporations, private R&D organizations, and biotechnology firms.
Melissa has also led a multitude of projects across other markets – healthcare, corporate, commercial, civic, justice, mixed-use, aviation and historic preservation. She approaches each project with a focus on quality control and quality assurance, from 1,000 square foot laboratories to large-scale academic and corporate campuses, with 2.85 million square feet of interior space built.
She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).
