Her extensive experience in the sports, recreation and entertainment sectors informs her innovative approach to design.

As a former collegiate athlete, Emily has a deep understanding of how spaces can enhance performance and experience. This insight drives her commitment to creating environments that meet functional needs while inspiring and elevating the human experience.

In her leadership role, Emily oversees the Interiors team in Kansas City, mentoring colleagues and steering projects through all design phases. Her portfolio includes projects spanning over 3 million square feet and over $1.4 billion in construction costs.
