Donovan is HOK’s general counsel and corporate compliance officer. Based in St. Louis, he joined the firm in 2007.

Donovan has over 25 years of industry experience as a practicing architect, private practice attorney and in-house counsel. He currently is serving a 10-year term on the AIA’s Contract Documents Committee and serves on HOK’s Technical Board. He is also a member of the AIA and the Jefferson Society, an organization for architect attorneys. He previously served as chair of HOK’s Diversity Advisory Council.

Missouri Lawyers Media honored Donovan with an In-House Counsel Award as one of the state’s top in-house lawyers.
