Miller Sports + Entertainment has released renderings showcasing Daybreak Field at America First Square, the new home for the Salt Lake Bees, a Triple-A Minor League Baseball team.
The ballpark, designed by HOK, is set to open in the spring of 2025 in downtown Daybreak, Salt Lake Valley’s fastest-growing suburb. Located in South Jordan, Utah, the master-planned community is easily accessible for fans across the Wasatch Front and is walkable and bikeable for many residents.
The three-story ballpark complements Daybreak’s architecture, featuring a brick and concrete foundation that transitions to lighter materials, including metal and expansive glass, as the building rises. A signature perforated metal veil facade will encapsulate the club and party decks, illuminating from within at night and serving as a lantern on Daybreak’s front porch.
“The building of Daybreak Field at America First Square is very exciting as the ballpark and plaza take shape into becoming a new community hub with baseball, shops, restaurants and entertainment in South Jordan,” said Michelle Smith, president of Miller Sports + Entertainment. “The collaboration among our partners has been inspiring as everyone rallies behind this innovative mixed-use project. The Millers are creating a place that will unite the community and enrich lives through memorable sports and entertainment experiences.”

The content and drawings featured are conceptual in nature and not intended to represent specific designs, uses or outcomes.
