“To say the delivery of Constitution Square in the NoMa neighborhood of Northeast DC was groundbreaking is an understatement. It wasn’t the first building constructed in the neighborhood, but its size, tenants and mixed-use nature made it one of the city’s most significant developments in an emerging market.”

Washington Business Journal

Extending a full city block, this dynamic mixed-use development has a commanding presence at the center of DC’s vibrant NoMa neighborhood.

Three 12-story, LEED Platinum office buildings anchor the transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly development, located just north of Union Station and the Capitol Building.

One Constitution Square accommodates several public sector tenants and features a partially enclosed rooftop terrace with a panoramic city view.

Two Constitution Square, which is home to 2,000 Department of Justice employees, incorporates several Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) rooms and on-site amenities.

Three Constitution Square houses a mix of private sector tenants, with a flexible, 30,000-sq.-ft. floor plate and single column line to accommodate demanding layout requirements. The Class A office building features abundant green space in the private courtyard and integrates a plaza linking it to the adjacent Metro rapid transit station.

Each office building includes first-floor retail space and three levels of below-grade parking.

The development offers convenient access to a mix of restaurants and retail offerings, including a grocery store, hotel and conference center, and outdoor cafes along the tree-lined streets.

Constitution Square is the first commercial mixed-use project in Washington, DC, to earn the LEED for Neighborhood Development certification through a U.S. Green Building Council pilot program.
