HOK’s Laura Poltronieri will present at the 37th Annual Gravens Conference on operational healthcare design.
The presentation will be a discussion of how to lead operational and physical change in the health care setting, particularly in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Special emphasis will be given to methodologies for supporting staff to be open to operational and physical best practice change.
