John Neary & Victoria Ereskina
HOK’s John Neary and Victoria Ereskina join WSP’s Elliot Glassman in a presentation of design research on closed cavity facades (CCF) and building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) in commercial building performance.
The speakers will describe how to integrate aesthetics and technical performance in the design process. They also will introduce undergraduate architecture students to the fundamentals of daylight simulation using DIVA Grasshopper software, as well as to the basics of facade design and detailing.
The session, which runs from 4:30 to 5:00 PM ET, is part of the Virtual Festival of Facades presented by ZAK World of Facades.
