We’re living in challenging times in which having the proper skills and organizational culture can mean the difference between success and failure. Yet institutional leaders often rely on ineffective processes for crisis management.
Led by HOK’s Chirag Mistry and Andy Powers, campus architect at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, this session at the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Southern Virtual Regional Conference will introduce participants to ways they can prepare for and thrive during times of adversity. The session will give them a framework and tools they can use to more constructively navigate crises.
