HOK’s Yoko Takada and Chris Gardini will participate in a panel discussion through the Lean Construction Institute’s 27th annual congress on how smart decisions in the construction process define champions.

With additional industry partners, the session will explore the Choosing By Advantage (CBA) process to move decision-making in design and construction projects. The panelists will review for key CBA simulations for Lean participants, including how to establish clear project conditions and work plans, recognize global and local project needs, and maintain an efficient project schedule.
