HOK’s Kimberly Dowdell will present “Spotlight on Diversity and Inclusion” at the Design Matters Conference.
As the newly inaugurated president of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), Kimberly looks closely at the major areas of work by the Architecture + Design Education Network (A+DEN) and considers what else can be done to reach students and teachers of color and to further diversify A+D organizations.
