Advances in technology are driving exponential change. Rapid advancement of new autonomous technology, the emergence of the sharing economy and the fall of siloed space all will have a profound impact on the spaces and places that we create.

But in the middle of all of this there is also the desire to better enable people to live and work in optimum conditions, bringing about the rise of the human factor along with the machine age. This presentation will cover the convergence of the human factor and the machine age in the workplace, as well as the changing tools being used.
