HOK’s Chloe Hiyu will serve as a panelist at the AIA-DC event, “Building New Value from an Existing Asset: The Story of Dupont’s 1771 N Street.”
The session will focus on the repositioning project located in Dupont Circle and will include a building tour. Through the incorporation of sustainable design elements, rejuvenated outdoor spaces, and interior improvements, the design team transformed the 1960s legacy building into an amenity-rich, LEED Gold office building.
